How to Return

To initiate a return, email us at hello@melriver.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us at hello@melriver.com within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a prepaid return label and send a replacement or issue a full refund including shipping costs.
